MagicDeck ("the App") is a macOS / iOS utility provided by Mugendesk ("we"). The App is designed privacy-first: it collects and transmits no personally identifiable information.

1. Information we collect

The App does not collect personal data such as your name, email, location, or contacts. No account is required. It contains no analytics or advertising SDKs.

2. Communication

Traffic between your Mac and iPhone stays on your local Wi-Fi (LAN) and is encrypted end-to-end with the Noise protocol. It never passes through our servers or any third party.

3. Data stored on your device

Pairing information (such as a peer device's public key) and app settings are stored only on your device. We never receive them.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple handles all payment details; we never receive or store payment data such as card numbers.

5. Third parties

Because we collect no personal data in the first place, there is nothing to share with or sell to third parties.
